The only way to determine if time has been well spent is to have an objective measure that both parties agree to be the goal and a finite period of time to come back together and review.  HNG was the first, in many programs, to routinely send the local Utilities pricing each month along side the HNG invoice.  This way clients could see, for themselves, what their price was compared to the Utility on any given month.  Verification. Since inception, it has been a standard operating procedure for HNG Representatives to return to the customer at a predetermined interval with that period’s performance results. At any time, the current energy management strategy can be altered to meet the customer’s evolving goals and circumstances.
