Heartland Natural Gas employs a 4 step approach in helping clients address  energy costs:

Identify the major pieces of hardware that drive natural gas consumption patterns and the variable factors that affect demand (business cycles, weather, current and planned energy measures etc.) Help client identify cost management goals.

Once the client has selected the option be suited HNG will facilitate the change with the LDC.  HNG will hand-deliver and review the first month’s invoice to ensure the correct switch occured and goals on target.

Collect historical usage data (preferably 24 months); during the second meeting HNG will illustrate potential outcomes based on that data and current market factors.

Period review is conducted throughout the term with a final in person review performed in order to communicate programs results and discuss futures options.  Each year a brief facility assessment is conducted to maintain a best understanding.
